For our new clients, please note dependent on the requested item and the design of the fabric, minimum quantities apply for every order. During your initial enquiry this will be explained and made clear for you. All items will be shipped with our preferred standard ground couriers. Customers are responsible for requesting faster shipping preferences if required.
Fast Delivery 4-5 weeks
- To enable us to create and produce your bespoke tie and/or scarf please send us your logos, details, Pantone colours or any other relevant information via email or post. For any initial queries please contact us via our contact form.
- Our designers will provide you with one free artwork within 2-3 days, after initial consultation and an agreed confirmed quotation. One free artwork supplied with a confirmed initial enquiry. Up to two free artworks supplied with a confirmed order. Requested additional artworks will be charged accordingly.
- Confirm the approval of computer generated artwork produced in CAD, and submit purchase order to us.
- You will receive order confirmation together with invoice for payment and our terms & conditions.
- Upon receipt of payment we will start full production of your bespoke order.
- You will receive the ordered items in 4-5 weeks from date of order. Tracking information can be obtained via email at your request.

- Upon receipt of payment we will start production of the sample/s of your bespoke item/s, which you will receive for approval in approximately 3-4 weeks from the date of order confirmation.
- We will require your approval of the sample/s before proceeding with bulk production.
- You will receive the full order in 4-5 weeks from date of sample approval. Tracking information can be obtained via email at your request.
